Five ventures. One vision.
What each venture is building, what exists today, what is in progress, and how they could connect. Status labels are deliberate: live works today, in progress is being built or integrated, planned is on the roadmap.
Loadit
Connecting the world’s money
Loadit is building a unified financial routing layer connecting cash, traditional financial services, and digital assets. The sender chooses how to pay. The recipient chooses how to receive. Loadit coordinates the route between them.
Think GPS for money. You pick the destination and the form the value should arrive in: cash at a counter, a bank balance, a mobile wallet, a digital asset. Loadit works out which supported providers and payment rails get it there, the way a map app picks roads without you knowing the road names.
Serving unbanked and underbanked people is central to the mission, which is why the initial focus is cash-to-digital access: a way in for people who have cash and no account. From there the roadmap widens to payments, conversion between forms of value, merchant acceptance, and programmable settlement.
Loadit is not a crypto wallet and is not a bank. It is a routing layer that coordinates providers that are licensed to hold and move money.
| Capability | Status |
|---|---|
| Cash-to-digital access, first corridor | in progress |
| Routing engine: sender chooses, recipient chooses, Loadit routes | in progress |
| Provider and rail integrations | in progress, added one at a time |
| Person-to-person payments | planned |
| Conversion between cash, fiat and digital assets | planned |
| Merchant acceptance | planned |
| Programmable settlement | planned |
Why it fits the portfolio: every other venture eventually needs to move value. Loadit is the layer they could route through, once the integrations each one needs are live.
Hylaq
Identity, presence, and payments
Your @handle = your profile + your website + your payment endpoint.
Hylaq brings a person’s online identity, web presence, and ability to receive value together behind one @handle. The handle is a profile people can read, a page you control, and an address that can be paid, in one place and under one name.
It is a platform for connecting identity and value on the internet, including wallet and payment experiences. Pulse Drop explores location-based distribution of value: value that can be placed somewhere and picked up by the people who are there.
Hylaq is not an AI infrastructure company. HQ, below, is a related research initiative, not Hylaq’s core identity.
| Capability | Status |
|---|---|
| @handle profiles and resolution | live |
| Handle-linked web presence | live |
| Wallet and pay experiences on a handle | live, expanding |
| Pulse Drop, location-based value | in progress |
| Routing payments through Loadit | planned |
HQ · Hylaq Quantum
An AI research initiative focused on local-first, on-device intelligence: models and decision logic that run where the data is instead of in someone else’s cloud. HQ informs Hylaq’s product thinking and is a candidate for parts of the MK-I program. It is research. No claim here of general intelligence, autonomous self-repair in production, or a validated aircraft control system.
researchZiipSite
From idea to website
ZiipSite helps people turn an idea or a description into a website. You say what the site is for and who it is for; ZiipSite produces the site. No template hunting, no page builder to learn.
It is built for the person with a business, a project or a product who needs a web presence this week. That is a different job from Hylaq: ZiipSite creates websites; Hylaq connects identity, presence and payments through an @handle. A ZiipSite can be the website a Hylaq handle points to.
| Capability | Status |
|---|---|
| Describe an idea, get a generated website | live |
| Edit and iterate on the generated site | live |
| Custom domains, hosting, payments, analytics | see ziip.site for what is currently available |
| One-click site for a Hylaq handle or a Buildit product | planned |
Feature availability is stated on ziip.site itself; this page does not promise anything the product does not currently do.
Buildit
Turn ideas into real technology
Buildit is the custom technology creation venture. It helps people take an idea for a device, a piece of hardware, or a connected product toward design, prototyping and development.
The ideas are physical. A custom phone built around how you actually use one. A smart dog bed that knows when your dog is restless. A sensor box for the one thing in your workshop that keeps breaking. Purpose-built devices that no catalogue carries, taken from a sketch to a specification, a prototype, and a plan to build more.
Buildit is not a website builder (that is ZiipSite), not a construction company, and not a chatbot. It is a path for product ideas that need electronics, enclosures, firmware and someone to make the first one.
| Stage | What Buildit does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Idea intake | Capture the idea, the user, the constraints | in progress |
| Design | Requirements, architecture, component selection, industrial design | in progress |
| Prototyping | First working unit: electronics, enclosure, firmware | planned |
| Development | Iterate toward a build-ready design | planned |
| Manufacturing, fulfilment, pricing | Not offered yet. Stated here only when established. | not yet |
Why it fits the portfolio: the MK-I program generates hardware problems constantly. Buildit is where that capability becomes a service for everyone else’s ideas.
Project Iron Man · TRUDELL MK-I
Experimental wearable engineering
A personal development program exploring an Iron Man-inspired suit: wearable systems, robotics, and potential powered-flight research. It is a program, not a company. TRUDELL MK-I is the hardware designation for the first design.
The program pages publish the physics, the aeromedical hazards a powered suit has to design against, a full systems concept with buy/build/research tags, and a phased test plan with kill criteria. Everything is labelled as a concept, a design target, a prototype or a tested result. Today, nearly all of it is the first two.
